GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. (a) Except as limited by specific provisions of this part, the pleadings in an action before the Authority include the following:

   1. (1) Application and protest.
   2. (2) Formal complaint, answer, new matter and reply to new matter.
   3. (3) Petition and answer.
   4. (4) Motion and answer.
2. (b) Pleadings must be typed or printed in 12-point Times New Roman, except that headings may be in bolded 14-point Times New Roman. Pleadings may not be handwritten.
