ACCOUNTS AND RECORDS

For accounting and reporting purposes, gas public utilities are classified as follows:

1. (1) Major. Public utilities having annual gas operating revenues of $1 million or more.
2. (2) Nonmajor. Public utilities having annual gas operating revenues of less than $1 million.
