52 Pa. Code § 58.16 – Advisory committee.

(a) Committee. A public utility shall create and maintain a USAC that meets at least semiannually with stakeholders to consult on program services.
(b) Committee participants. Participants of a public utility’s USAC may include the following:
1. (1) Recipients of program measures and representatives from social service agencies, from community groups and from agencies or companies which administer or install program measures.
2. (2) Representatives from other groups or agencies which may be able to offer reasonable advice regarding program services.
