The Annual Resource Planning Report (ARPR) shall include a detailed description of conservation and load management programs implemented or operational during the past calendar year and all programs which are proposed to be implemented within 1 year following the filing of this report.

1. (1) A conservation program shall include a method designed to produce a reduction in total annual energy use, regardless of its effect on peak demand.
2. (2) A load management program shall include a method which will reduce the peak or maximum load or demand, regardless of its effect on total annual energy use.
3. (3) The program description shall include actual or anticipated results and a breakdown of monetary and personnel resources.
