1. (1) Adherence to tariff. Rates shall be based on provisions contained in tariffs filed, posted and published in accordance with law and this title.
2. (2) Paratransit reservation time. The minimum times for advance reservations for paratransit service shall be specified in the tariff of the certificate holder.

Hourly Rate Structure

Hourly rate structure is permitted to paratransit operators, and does not require them to violate other tariff provisions. Professional Paramedical Services, Inc. v. Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 525 A.2d 1274 (Pa. Cmwlth. 1987); appeal denied 538 A.2d 879 (Pa. 1988).
