1. (a) A party or other person desiring copies of the transcript may obtain copies from the official reporter upon payment of the fees fixed therefore.
2. (b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 35.133 (relating to copies of transcripts).

Reproduction Fee

The reproduction policy articulated in this section was reasonable as applied to a rate case litigant seeking a transcript, and the litigant was not entitled to be provided copies of transcripts of testimony in the case at the actual cost of reproduction rather than the rate charged by a court reporting firm with which the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission had contracted to record and transcribe such testimony.
