1. (a) Applications for licensure by examination must be submitted to the Board in a manner and format prescribed by the Board.
2. (b) Applicants who have graduated from a physical therapy program accredited by CAPTE or by another National organization recognized by the Board that accredits physical therapy programs, shall submit to the Board, at the time of application, the required credentials of professional education from an approved institution.
