DISCIPLINARY ACTION

1. (a) The Board may impose one or more sanctions authorized under AMCRA if the Board finds that an appraisal management company, key person or compliance person violated AMCRA or this chapter.

2. (b) The following acts, errors or omissions constitute a violation of the standards of conduct of an appraisal management company:

   1. (1) Violation of AMCRA or this subchapter.
   2. (2) Violation of FIRREA.
   3. (3) Violation of TILA.
   4. (4) Violation of a statute or regulation of another jurisdiction regulating appraisal management companies.
