1. (a) Each certified Pennsylvania evaluator shall place his name, signature and certificate number adjacent to or immediately below the title ‘‘Certified Pennsylvania Evaluator’’ on each written appraisal report prepared for external purposes and used by the certified Pennsylvania evaluator in conducting ad valorem tax appraisal activities.

2. (b) Professional designations may be included adjacent to the signature, if applicable. The following will serve as an example:

   John Doe, (Professional Designation, if applicable) Certified Pennsylvania Evaluator Certification Number 1234
