1. (a) Commencing with the 2006-2008 renewal period the current license of a broker, cemetery broker or rental listing referral agent and those licensees employed by or affiliated with that broker, cemetery broker or rental listing referral agent shall be maintained at the main office.
2. (b) A broker or cemetery broker shall maintain a list of licensees employed or affiliated with the broker or cemetery broker at the branch office out of which each licensee works.
