OFFICES

1. (a) A broker, cemetery broker, or rental listing referral agent shall maintain a main office in this Commonwealth unless he maintains a main office in another state where he holds the equivalent of a standard license.
2. (b) A broker, cemetery broker or rental listing referral agent may maintain more than one office in this Commonwealth. A branch office license is required for each additional office maintained by a broker or cemetery broker. See § 35.243 (relating to licensure of branch office).
