- (a) An acupuncturist shall register biennially, complete at least 2 hours of approved courses in child abuse recognition and reporting in accordance with § 25.417(b) (relating to child abuse recognition and reporting—mandatory train-ing requirement) and submit the appropriate registration fee to engage in the practice of acupuncture for the biennial period.
- (b) There is no biennial registration requirement for an acupuncturist supervisor.
