- (a) A multistate licensee who changes the primary state of residence to this Commonwealth shall, under section 2, Article III(g)(1) of the NLCA (35 P.S. § 10292), provide the documentation listed in section 402(3) of the NLC Rules and shall file an application for multistate licensure and pay the applicable multistate license fee in § 21.1203 (relating to fees).
- (b) If a multistate licensee changes their primary state of residence from this Commonwealth to another party state, the Pennsylvania multistate license shall be deactivated in accordance with sections 402 and 403 of the NLC Rules.
- (c) If a multistate licensee moves from this Commonwealth to a non-party state, the Pennsylvania multistate license shall be converted to a Pennsylvania single-state license in accordance with section 403 of the NLC Rules.
