This subchapter and the NLC Rules, defined in § 21.1201(b) (relating to definitions), implement and supplement the NLCA. Under section 2, Articles VII(g)(1) and VIII(a) of the NLCA (35 P.S. § 10292), the NLC Rules have the force and effect of law on Pennsylvania multistate licensees in this Commonwealth.
