In this subchapter the Board:

1. (1) Provides for licensure of dietitian-nutritionists who meet the qualifications set forth in the act.
2. (2) Administers the act by providing rules and regulations for the practice of dietetics-nutrition.
3. (3) Provides rules and regulations for the conduct of licensees.
4. (4) Regulates the practice of LDNs.
