1. (a) A physician assistant shall register biennially according to the procedure in § 16.15 (relating to biennial registration; inactive status and unregistered status).
2. (b) The fee for the biennial registration of a physician assistant license is set forth in § 16.13 (relating to licensure, certification, examination and registration fees).
3. (c) To be eligible for renewal of a physician assistant license, the physician assistant shall complete continuing medical education as required by the NCCPA, including at least 2 hours of approved training in child abuse recognition and reporting in accordance with § 16.108(b) (relating to child abuse recognition and reporting—mandatory training requirement), and maintain National certification by completing current recertification mechanisms available to the profession, identified on the NCCPA’s web site as recognized by the Board. The Board recognizes certification through the NCCPA and its successor organizations and certification through any other National organization for which the Board publishes recognition of the organization’s certification of physician assistants on the Board’s web site.

4. (d) The Board will keep a current list of persons licensed as physician assistants. The list will include:

   1. (1) The name of each physician assistant.
   2. (2) The place of residence.
   3. (3) The current business address.
   4. (4) The date of initial licensure, biennial renewal record and current supervising physician.
