1. (a) A landscape architect may practice alone or with other persons in the form of an association or corporation as permitted by law.
2. (b) A landscape architect, partnership, professional corporation, association or other group practice may do business under a fictitious name and advertise in any medium if the name and the advertisement are not misleading, deceptive or fraudulent
3. (c) A landscape architect shall sign documents which arise out of the rendering of professional services.
