The Board may, following notice and hearing under 2 Pa.C.S. § § 501—508 (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies), withdraw the approval of an approved course if the Board finds one or more of the following:

1. (1) The Board’s approval of the course was acquired by misrepresentation.
2. (2) The provider fails to maintain compliance with § 15.75 (relating to responsibilities of course providers).
3. (3) The provider refuses to allow reasonable inspection or to supply information on request of the Board or its representatives.
4. (4) The provider and the course otherwise do not comply with this chapter.
