1. (a) A licensee may apply for approval of a course not approved by the Board under § 15.74 or § 15.76 (relating to approval of continuing education courses; and sources of continuing education courses) on a one-time basis per biennium. A licensee shall submit an application for approval and the required fee at least 60 days prior to the date the course commences.
2. (b) The application shall include the supporting documentation required by § 15.74(b).
