1. (a) A pre-1935 business corporation which has been licensed to practice funeral directing shall have a licensed funeral director, in good standing with the Board, to be the full-time permanent supervisor.
2. (b) The permanent supervisor, shall be readily accessible to serve the public at the funeral establishment.
