Under 18 Pa.C.S. § 7505 (relating to violation of rules regarding conduct on Commonwealth property), the following shall apply to vehicular traffic:
- (1) The Property Head is empowered to designate and post no parking zones and to designate and post maximum speed limits for vehicular traffic.
- (2) A person who parks in designated and posted no parking zone may, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $5.00.
- (3) A person who exceeds the designated and posted maximum speed limit shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $15.
