1. (a) Commercial vehicles. The operation of vehicles being used for commercial purposes on a property road, except to provide authorized services to the property, is prohibited.
2. (b) Vehicles not requiring a licensed operator. Operating a vehicle which does not require a licensed operator such as snowmobile, minibike or the like is prohibited on properties except where specifically provided for under Chapter 5 (relating to special provisions) (Reserved).
3. (c) Bicycling. Bicycling is permitted only in designated sections of the property. Caution is urged in riding in congested traffic areas.
4. (d) Operating vehicles. Operating a vehicle within the confines of a Commonwealth property is subject to 75 Pa.C.S. § § 101—8122 (relating to Vehicle Code).
5. (e) Parking or stopping of vehicles. Parking or stopping vehicles on other than designated roads or parking areas is prohibited. Unauthorized parking within the confines of a property after normal closing hours is prohibited.
