1. (a) Armories are erected, acquired, leased, licensed and sold under the direction and control of the State Board.
2. (b) The State Board shall provide, equip, maintain, manage and regulate armories for the use of the Pennsylvania military forces.
3. (c) The State Board may waive the application of all or any part of this chapter if the State Board deems total or partial exemption from this chapter appropriate in the best interests of mission accomplishment by the Pennsylvania military forces or units of the Pennsylvania military forces.
