- (a) The Board may schedule a hearing for the purpose of receiving relevant evidence on the issue of the grant or the removal of a supersedeas. The hearing may be scheduled and held within 10 days of the mailing date of the notice. Continuances will be granted solely at the discretion of the Board. Hearings will be conducted by video teleconference, unless the Office of Chief Counsel of the Board determines otherwise, upon a showing of good cause.
