The Drug Advisory Task Force shall perform the following services:

1. (1) Perform all duties as defined by The Drug Abuse Office and Treatment Act of 1972 (21 U.S.C.A. § § 1101—1191) and (42 U.S.C.A. § § 2684—2688t).
2. (2) Advise the Council on areas pertaining to drug education, treatment, and rehabilitation.
3. (3) Convene monthly or at the discretion of the Chairperson of the Council.
4. (4) Select and develop various issues deemed important to the Task Force for submission to the Council.
