Corporations and unincorporated associations may expend their own funds to establish and administer funds for political purposes.

1. (1) Each political fund shall be separate and segregated from any other account of the corporation or unincorporated association.
2. (2) Each political fund shall be created by voluntary individual contributions including those solicited by the corporation or unincorporated association.
3. (3) Each political fund shall be deemed to be a political committee and subject to the same requirements as political committees.
