FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE

The following officials and employes of the Commonwealth shall file statements of financial interest with the personnel office of their respective department, agency, board or commission, or other office as designated in the following:

1. (1) Governor.
2. (2) Lieutenant Governor.
3. (3) Heads of agencies and departments, their respective deputy secretaries, all Commonwealth officials or employes at the level of division chief and above, and all attorneys, press secretaries, legislative liaisons, and executive and special assistants.
4. (4) Chairpersons and members of compensated boards and commissions under the Governor’s jurisdiction.
5. (5) Executive directors, counsel and administrative secretaries of compensated boards and commissions under the Governor’s jurisdiction.
6. (6) Employes of all classes required by the Office of Administration to file financial disclosure under the act of October 4, 1978 (P. L. 883, No. 170) (65 P. S. § § 401—413).
