The Governor’s Advisory Commission on Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Affairs shall have the following responsibilities:

1. (1) Review and recommend to the Governor policies regarding issues that affect AAPI residents of this Commonwealth.
2. (2) Work with the Governor’s Office, at its request, to engage with Federal, State and local agencies to promote effective utilization of government programs impacting AAPI residents of this Commonwealth.
3. (3) Communicate with communities throughout this Commonwealth about activities and initiatives of the Administration that impact AAPI residents of this Commonwealth.
4. (4) Compile information about programs, scholarships, mentoring programs, sources of funding or other resources for the benefit and advancement of AAPI residents of this Commonwealth.
