GOVERNOR’S HOUSING CABINET

1. (a) The Governor’s Housing Cabinet (Cabinet) is established and consists, at a minimum, of the following members:

   1. (1) Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Housing and Community Revitalization, who is chairperson of the Cabinet.
   2. (2) The Secretary of Banking.
   3. (3) The Secretary of Community and Economic Development.
   4. (4) The Secretary of Environmental Protection.
   5. (5) The Secretary of Labor and Industry.
   6. (6) The Secretary of Public Welfare.
   7. (7) The Secretary of Transportation.
   8. (8) The Secretary of Aging.
   9. (9) The Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST).
   10. (10) The Governor’s Chief of Staff or a designee.
   11. (11) The General Counsel or a designee.
   12. (12) The Governor’s Director of Policy or a designee.
2. (b) The Governor will appoint additional members to the Cabinet as deemed appropriate.
