The Governor’s Census 2020 Complete Count Commission shall coordinate this Commonwealth’s involvement in preparing for the decennial census and recommend actions necessary to complete the following:

1. (a) Coordinate the Commonwealth’s involvement in the U.S. Census Bureau’s recruitment of Pennsylvanians to assist in a variety of census-related activities.
2. (b) Promote and educate Pennsylvanians regarding the importance of the census.
3. (c) Develop partnerships between the public and private sectors to maximize resources used to achieve a complete and accurate count.
4. (d) Implement cooperative arrangements among local governments, non-profit organizations, and other public and private entities to share addresses and other geographic information.
5. (e) Develop and implement strategies to reach hard-to-count populations and hard-to-enumerate areas.
