The Governor’s Advisory Commission on LGBTQ Affairs shall have the following responsibilities:

1. (1) Review and recommend to the Governor policies regarding issues that affect LGBTQ residents of this Commonwealth.
2. (2) Work with the Governor’s Office, at its request, to engage with Federal, State and local agencies to promote effective utilization of government programs impacting LGBTQ residents of this Commonwealth.
3. (3) Communicate with communities throughout this Commonwealth about activities and initiatives of the Administration that impact LGBTQ residents of this Commonwealth.
4. (4) Compile information about programs, scholarships, mentoring programs, sources of funding or other resources for the benefit and advancement of LGBTQ residents of this Commonwealth.
