The following officials or their designated representatives will serve as members of the Committee:

1. (1) The Secretary of Transportation, who shall serve as Chairperson.
2. (2) The Executive Director of the Governor’s Policy Office.
3. (3) The Secretary of Revenue.
4. (4) The Commissioner of the State Police.
5. (5) The Secretary of Commerce.
6. (6) The Secretary of Agriculture.
7. (7) The Chairperson of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.

8. (8) Four members shall be appointed from the Pennsylvania General Assembly in the following manner:

   1. (i) Two members from the House of Representatives, one from the majority party and one from the minority party, appointed by the Speaker of the House.
   2. (ii) Two members from the Senate, one from the majority party and one from the minority party, appointed by the President Pro Tempore.
9. (9) The President of the Pennsylvania Motor Trucking Association.
10. (10) The Chairperson of the Pennsylvania Transportation Advisory Committee.

11. (11) Ten representatives from labor and industry to be appointed by the Governor for 2-year terms, from categories such as:

    1. (i) Common commodity carrier.
    2. (ii) Private carrier.
    3. (iii) Rental carrier.
    4. (iv) Heavy hauling.
    5. (v) Owner-operator.
    6. (vi) Logging.
    7. (vii) Bulk hauler.
