1. (a) If a constable successfully completes continuing education, the Board will certify the constable for the next calendar year.

2. (b) To maintain continuous certification, a constable shall complete continuing education during the calendar year following the year in which the constable completed one of the following:

   1. (1) Basic training.
   2. (2) The basic training waiver examination.
   3. (3) A previous course of continuing education.
