COSTS

The following fees shall be paid to the Administrator in suits filed under the act:

1. (1) Complaint—$35 plus $10 for each extra defendant in cases involving more than one defendant.
2. (2) Joinder of additional defendants by a defendant—$10 for each defendant joined.
3. (3) Appeal—When an appeal is taken from a decision of an arbitration panel or of the Administrator, the appellant shall pay $25 to cover the responsibilities of the Administrator. This does not include any fees required by the court hearing the appeal.
4. (4) Subpoena—$1 for each subpoena issued.
