GENERAL

This chapter applies to the following:

1. (1) Offenders placed on probation, parole, accelerated rehabilitative disposition, probation without verdict or intermediate punishment under the jurisdiction of a county within this Commonwealth.
2. (2) Counties having jurisdiction over offenders.
