34 Pa. Code § 203.6 – Work practices.

(a) Work practices shall conform to HUD and EPA guidelines, rules and regulations on lead-based-paint activities. If HUD and EPA standards conflict, EPA standards shall be followed.
(b) Additional recordkeeping requirements are as follows:
1. (1) The lead-based-paint contractor shall maintain a list of individuals engaged in lead-based-paint occupations or who enter the lead-based-paint abatement project area at each job site. The list shall include the following information:
  1. (i) Names.
  2. (ii) Certification identification number.
  3. (iii) Job classification or job title.
  4. (iv) Time in daily.
  5. (v) Time out daily.
2. (2) These records shall be available to the Department upon request.
