34 Pa. Code § 123.101
This subchapter interprets section 306(a.3) of the act (77 P.S. § 511.3) which provides for a determination of whole body impairment due to the compensable injury after the receipt of 104 weeks of total disability compensation, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
The provisions of this § 123.101 amended under sections 401.1 and 435(a) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (77 P.S. § § 710 and 991(a)); and section 2205 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P.S. § 565).
