1. (a) If the Board determines that a further hearing is necessary, the tribunal shall give at least 7 days’ notice of the scheduled hearing to the parties and their counsel or authorized agent of record, with specific instructions regarding the date, hour and place of hearing, and specific issues to be covered at the hearing.
2. (b) If hearings on more than one appeal are to be scheduled and conducted jointly, each party shall be notifed in his notice of hearing that a joint hearing will be held, that a single record of the proceedings will be made and that evidence introduced with respect to an appeal will be considered as introduced with respect to all.

The Board did not commit an error of law when it refused to remand a matter for the taking of additional testimony because the claimant failed to preserve the issue of a due process denial. Dehus v. Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, 545 A.2d 434 (Pa. Cmwlth. 1988).
