The following may not be exceeded:
- (1) The inside area of car shall be 900 square inches or less.
- (2) The speed with load shall be 100 feet or less per minute.
- (3) The contract load shall be 300 pounds or less.
- (4) The operation shall be only by means of pushbuttons.
