The following may not be exceeded:
- (1) The inside area of car shall be 12 square feet or less.
- (2) The speed with load shall be 50 feet or less per minute.
- (3) The contract load shall be 700 pounds or less.
- (4) The operation shall be only be means of key-operated pushbuttons.
