34 Pa. Code § 13.51 – Suspension of annual permit for an owner or operator.

(a) The Department may suspend an owner’s or operator’s annual permit for any of the following reasons:
1. (1) Failure to pay the required registration fee in § 13.3 (relating to fees).
2. (2) Violation of the act or this chapter.
