The following occupations in iron and steel plants are permissible for minors over 16 years of age:

1. (1) Testers, if they do not take samples.
2. (2) Messengers.
3. (3) Door operators.
4. (4) Shippers.
5. (5) Weighmasters.
6. (6) Water carriers.
7. (7) Soaking pit cover operators.
8. (8) Shear gaugers.
9. (9) Transfer tables.
