31 Pa. Code § 21.93 – Filing date. | Midpage- (a) Statements shall be filed on or before the tenth day after the end of each month in which any change in beneficial ownership has occurred.
- (b) Statements shall not be deemed to have been filed with the Department until they have actually been received by it.
