CONFIDENTIALITY PROTECTIONS

For purposes of this chapter, the data collected by the Council have been classified into three categories:

1. (1) Nondisclosable data which includes the data set forth in Appendix A.
2. (2) Protected data which includes the data set forth in Appendix B.
3. (3) Nonprotected data which includes the data as set forth in Appendix C.
