28 Pa. Code § 1151a.28 – Forms of medical marijuana.

(a) A grower/processor may only process medical marijuana for dispensing to a patient or caregiver in the following forms:
1. (1) Pill.
2. (2) Oil.
3. (3) Topical forms, including gel, creams or ointments.
4. (4) A form medically appropriate for administration by vaporization or nebulization, including dry leaf or plant form for administration by vaporization.
5. (5) Tincture.
6. (6) Liquid.
(b) A grower/processor may not manufacture, produce or assemble any medical marijuana product, instrument or device without the prior written approval of the Department.
