1. (a) A facility shall employ a qualified social worker on a full-time basis except:

   1. (1) A facility with 26 to 59 beds may employ a part-time qualified social worker if the facility assessment indicates that a full-time qualified social worker is not needed.
   2. (2) A facility with 25 beds or less may either employ a part-time qualified social worker or share the services of a qualified social worker with another facility.
