1. (a) There shall be a minimum dining area of 15 square feet per bed for the first 100 beds and 13 1/2 square feet per bed for beds over 100. This space is required in addition to the space required for lounge and recreation rooms. These areas shall be well lighted and well ventilated.
2. (b) Tables and space shall be provided to accommodate wheelchairs with trays and other devices.
