1. (a) A hospital that provides sexual assault emergency services shall ensure that each member of the hospital personnel that provides the services is furnished with written informational materials about emergency contraception developed by the Department under this section.
2. (b) The Department will prepare the written emergency contraception informational materials and make them available to hospitals in electronic format.
