Each toilet room shall meet the following requirements:
- (1) Doors shall be self-closing.
- (2) Adequate ventilation to the outside shall be provided.
- (3) Toilet tissue shall be provided.
- (4) Easily cleanable receptacles shall be provided for waste materials.
- (5) Receptacles for women shall be covered.
