Each staff member engaged in the bottled water program shall receive training in the area of bottled water. The training shall be received as soon as possible after the staff member is hired and shall consist of the following material:

1. (1) Complete training in individual and semipublic water supplies.
2. (2) Interpretation of bottled water requirements.
3. (3) Bottle washing and sanitization.
4. (4) Bottle filling equipment.
5. (5) Capping operations.
6. (6) Labeling requirements.
7. (7) Plumbing.
8. (8) Waste disposal.
